The role
Support field crews on water and wastewater projects — hands-on utility, excavation, and maintenance work alongside experienced operators.

Assist crews with excavation, potholing, and cleanup

Set up traffic control and job-site safety

Handle materials, tools, and equipment

Support hydrovac, jetting, and inspection operations
05
Keep the work area safe and organized
Reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused
Able to perform physical outdoor labor in all weather
Valid driver's license preferred
Willingness to learn and earn certifications
No experience required — we train
