The district needed a defensible, data-driven view of their collection system to direct a limited maintenance budget.
QP Services deployed SL-RAT acoustic assessment across Parker Water’s collection system, scoring and prioritizing pipe segments to guide targeted maintenance and rehabilitation efforts. This condition-based approach was complemented by CCTV inspections, jetting, and necessary repairs, providing a comprehensive solution to identify deficiencies, address problem areas, and improve overall system performance.
The District gained a clearer, system-wide view of sewer performance, allowing Parker Water to prioritize cleaning, inspection, and maintenance based on actual need. Crews and resources can now be directed to the areas that need attention most—helping reduce unnecessary maintenance, identify potential issues earlier, extend asset life, and minimize costly reactive work.
